How can we collaborate to produce world class systems and process interfaces to enable an excellent end-to-end customer experience?



Throughout the year the BT Wholesale Customer Experience team will be holding a series of workshops to review key areas of interest with industry to help drive customer experience improvements.



Our next workshop, hosted by Jo Upward, Director of Customer Experience, will be a BT Wholesale systems and process interface workshop on 20th July 09.



In this workshop we will share BT Wholesale’s systems architecture, strategy, plans, the business processes, principles and methods that impact you, ie at the interfaces. The workshop will include focus groups to get your feedback on these areas, how we can improve the information you need for your system developments and how we engage with you throughout our product development and introduction process.



The workshop is aimed at system and process architects and designers, and senior users of BT's B2B and portal interfaces used for ordering and management of the Wholesale product set.



The workshop will be held on 20th July 09 at Dexter House, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN

Directions to etc Venues, Dexter House, No 2 Royal Mint Court, Tower Hill, London, EC3N 4QN: 


Dexter House venue is conveniently located opposite the historic Tower of London. Situated just 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill station, the venue sits in the exclusive gated "Royal Mint Court" business community.


Follow the instructions below to walk from Tower Hill or Tower Gateway to Dexter House – keep an eye out for the large stone arch which forms the entrance to Royal Mint Court. Once through the arch, follow the signs to Dexter House.


Please Note: Tower Gateway station will be temporarily closed from 28 June 2008 until Spring 2009 for major upgrade works to allow three-carriage trains to operate into the station.


Directions Tower Hill Tube Station


From the westbound platform. - come up the stairs into the entrance hall and pass through barriers, to exit follow the sign for Tower Gateway DLR.


From the eastbound platform. - come up the stairs into the entrance hall and pass through the barriers to exit, follow the sign to Tower Gateway DLR (also signed Tower Millennium Pier and Tower of London).


Follow the pathway for 200 yards past the London Metropolitan University (on your left) and at the pedestrian crossing, cross over the Minories (Societe Generale building in front of you).


Turn right at the Societe Generale building and * cross over the next pedestrian crossing (Sceptre Court will be ahead on your left).


Follow pavement for 100 yards (Sceptre Court will be on your left) and at the next pedestrian crossing, cross over East Smithfield and the entrance to Royal Mint Court (a large stone arch) is straight ahead of you.


Bus routes : Dexter House sits on many bus routes, including the 42,78,15 and RV1.


Parking  : There is a NCP car park situated within close proximity to Dexter House in Whitechapel. For further details visit www.ncp.co.uk.
